1 Corinthians 6:20

This scripture has been vaguely bouncing around my mind for a while now, and I'm not sure it could have had better timing when I came across it yesterday, the eve of pilgrimage.

"For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

Celebrate Small Victories

My goal for today may seem simple to some, but others may know how hard it is for me.  No soda.


So, I'm taking this moment to celebrate my seemingly small victory. I hope you beat something small today too.  ;)

Here's one of my favorite sweet snacks during dieting. 75 calories and SUPER satisfying.

Pudding (Sugar Free, Fat Free) 35 cal.
Cookies (1/4 of a 100 calorie pack) 25 cal.
Whipped Cream (2 Tbsp) 15 cal.
